Legal Agreement
Terms of Service
The rules for buying from REM Strategic Services LLC. The price on the page, these terms, the refund policy, and the privacy policy are the deal. A written agreement we both sign controls that job if the two disagree.
What we do
Florida filings, websites, local marketing, and software, for the price on the page.
Prices
The price on the page is what you pay us. A fee the page says is included is included.
Payment
Filings in full. Websites half now or in full. Monthly work renews until you stop it.
Refunds
Websites until the first draft. Filings are final once we send them. The Refunds page is part of these terms.

Agreement overview
Effective 7 October 2026
You agree to these terms when you pay, when you create an account, or when you ask us to start a job. The refund policy and the privacy policy are part of these terms.
The page price is the price.
A government fee the page says is inside the price is inside it. Bills from other companies are yours.
You own the finished site.
Once the website is paid in full, you own the files. Ad accounts are opened in your name.
The agreement.
These terms are between you and REM Strategic Services LLC. You must be 18 or older, and you must have authority to bind the business you are buying for.
The deal for a purchase is the description and price on the page at the time you paid, these terms, the refund policy, and the privacy policy. If we both sign a written agreement for a job, that signed agreement controls that job where the two conflict. Anything else in a chat does not change the price or the refund rule unless we confirm it in writing.
What we do.
We sell fixed services for small businesses, mainly in Florida.
What we are not.
We are not a law firm and we are not a CPA. We do not choose your entity, give legal advice, or give tax advice. On a filing, we type the facts you give us into the agency form and submit that form. We do not change the form into a custom legal document.
A basic operating agreement included with an LLC is a standard form filled with those facts. If the company has investors, unusual owners, or a dispute, have a Florida lawyer review it. An EIN request is the IRS form, not tax planning.
Prices.
The price on the page is what you pay us. Where the page says Florida's filing fee or FMCSA's fee is included, that fee is included and we pay it. A price written on your account for custom work replaces the menu price for that account.
These are not part of our price, unless the page for that service says they are:
Payment.
Filings, registered-agent setup, business-email setup, a logo, and other one-time extras are paid in full before we start.
Websites, online stores, refreshes, Launch, and Launch Pro are half when you order and half when the site is ready to go live, or you may pay in full at checkout. The second half is due before launch. We do not put the finished site live until that half is paid.
Monthly services are billed at checkout and then each month until stopped. The registered agent renews yearly until stopped. Stripe processes the card or bank debit. A bank debit can take up to four business days, and it can still fail. We start when Stripe marks the payment paid.
When work starts.
We start after the payment has cleared and we have the facts, photos, and access the job needs. Most websites start within five business days of that. Filings go in once the sheet is complete.
A delay by the Florida Division of Corporations, the IRS, or FMCSA is that agency's timeline. We will tell you when we submitted and when they answered. We do not control approval.
Your part.
If we are waiting on you for more than 30 days, we may pause the job. The refund rule still follows the Refunds page. A filing is not paused once it has been submitted.
Filings.
We prepare and submit the form from the facts you provide. You are responsible for those facts. If the agency rejects a filing because a fact was wrong, the government fee already paid stays paid, and a new filing fee is yours. If we mistype a fact you gave us correctly, we correct it and pay the refiling fee.
Name availability can change until the state accepts the filing. We check before we file. We cannot reserve a name by promising it in a chat.
Websites and ownership.
Once a website, store, or refresh is paid in full, you own the page files we made for you. Ad accounts and the Google Business Profile are opened in your name, or moved to you. If you leave our hosting, we transfer the site and the domain to you and help you point them at the new server.
If a project stops before it is paid in full, you own the drafts already covered by what you paid. The live launch waits for the remaining half. Hosting and the domain stay with us until they are transferred.
Third-party tools stay under their own licenses. That includes fonts, stock photos, payment processors, and hosting software we did not write for you. Our internal methods and account tools stay ours. We may show a finished site as an example of our work unless you ask us in writing not to.
Monthly work.
Either side can stop a monthly service with 14 days' written notice by email, text, or WhatsApp. The month already started is not refunded. We work through the end of the notice. Stopping ads management does not refund money you already paid to Google or Meta.
Registered agent service can be canceled before the renewal date. You will not be charged for the next year. You must appoint a new agent with the state if the company still exists. Hosting can be stopped with 14 days' notice, and we will help transfer the site.
Refunds.
The Refunds page is part of these terms. Read it before you pay. It says which services are final, which are refundable until the first draft, and how the second half of a website is handled.
Accounts.
The login is for the customer named on the account. Do not share the password. Tell us if you think someone else got in. We may close an account that is used to break the law, to harass, or to submit a filing you are not authorized to make. Closing an account does not erase a fee already earned or a form already filed.
No result guarantees.
We do not promise a search ranking, a Map Pack position, a number of calls, a number of leads, or approval by the state, the IRS, FMCSA, Google, or Meta. We do the work described on the page. Results depend on your market, your budget, your reviews, and the agency that reviews the filing.
Limits on liability.
To the extent Florida law allows, our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for lost profits, lost ads spend, or a delay caused by a government agency.
This limit does not apply to fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct. Nothing in these terms waives a right you have under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.
Facts you give us.
You will cover a claim that comes from facts you gave us that were wrong, or from words, photos, or offers you asked us to publish, except to the extent the claim was caused by our fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
Disputes.
Florida law governs these terms. A dispute may be filed in the state courts of Volusia County, Florida, or in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. You may also use small claims court if the claim qualifies. Email us before you file a chargeback. A chargeback does not cancel a government fee that has already been paid.
If one sentence in these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stands. You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent. We may use a contractor to do the work, and we remain responsible for the work to you. Notices to us go to legal@remstrategic.com. Notices to you go to the email on the account.
Changes.
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The version in effect when you paid applies to that purchase. A monthly service uses the current terms from the next renewal after we post a change.
