Refund Policy
Read this before you pay. It is part of the terms. It says what comes back, what stays paid, and how to ask.
Websites
Full refund until you have seen the first draft. After that, the first half covers the work done.
Filings
Final once paid. The state and FMCSA do not return their fees after we file.
Monthly work
Stop with 14 days' notice. A month that has already started is not refunded.
Quick Navigation
How this works.
This policy covers money you paid to REM Strategic Services LLC. It is part of the terms of service. A refund goes back to the original card or bank account through Stripe. Stripe can take several business days to show it on your statement after we send it.
Ask before the point of no return for that service. Once a form is filed, or a draft has been shown, the rule below is the rule. A chat message does not create a different refund.
Websites, stores, refreshes, and logos.
You get back everything you paid us until we show you the first draft. The draft can be a link, a file in your account, or a page we walk you through.
After the first draft, the first half covers the work already done and is not refunded. You owe the second half only when the site is ready to go live. If you paid in full and you stop before launch, we return the second half. If you paid only the first half and you stop, there is nothing further to return and nothing further to pay.
A logo follows the same draft rule. Until you have seen the first concept, the fee comes back. After you have seen it, the fee covers that work.
LLC and DOT / MC filings.
A Florida LLC filing, an EIN request, a USDOT filing, and an MC authority filing are final once paid. We file as soon as the facts are complete. The state, the IRS, and FMCSA do not return their fees because a customer changed their mind.
If we make a mistake on a fact you gave us correctly, we fix the filing and we pay the refiling fee. If the agency rejects the filing because a fact was wrong, or because you were not eligible, the fee you paid us stays paid.
If you ask us to cancel before we have submitted anything, and before we have spent the government fee, we refund what has not been sent to the agency. Once the agency has the filing, this section applies.
Launch and Launch Pro.
Launch and Launch Pro include a filing and a website. The LLC portion, $249, follows the filing rule and is final once we are proceeding with the filing. The rest of the price follows the website rule: refundable until the first draft, then the first half of the website work stays paid, and a second half paid early comes back if you stop before launch.
Monthly services.
Google Ads management, Meta ads management, local SEO, lead follow-up, and Grow are month to month. Stop with 14 days' written notice. The month that has already started is not refunded. We keep working through the end of that notice.
There is no setup fee on those plans, so there is no setup fee to return.
Registered agent.
Cancel any time before the renewal date and the next year will not be charged. The year already paid is not refunded, because the agent appointment is already on the state record. You must name a new agent with the Florida Division of Corporations if the company will keep existing. We will confirm the date we stop.
Hosting.
Stop hosting with 14 days' notice. The period already paid is not refunded. We transfer the site and the domain to you and help you point them at the new server. We do not hold the files because a hosting bill ended.
Business email.
The setup fee is for the work of creating the inboxes on your domain. It is final once the inboxes exist. The monthly or yearly bill from Google or Microsoft is paid to that company, and a refund of that bill follows their rules, not ours.
Custom work.
Custom software, an app, or a price written only for your account follows the written scope. If that scope names a refund rule, that rule applies. If it does not, design and build work follows the website rule, and a filing inside the same job follows the filing rule.
Money paid to other companies.
We cannot refund money that never came to us.
Chargebacks.
Email legal@remstrategic.com before you dispute a charge with your bank. If the refund rule says the money comes back, we send it. A chargeback on a filing that already went to the state does not pull the government fee back, and we may pause the account until the dispute is resolved.
How to ask.
Email legal@remstrategic.com or call the phone number on this website. Include the account email and the service. If the refund is due, we send it back through Stripe within 10 business days of agreeing that it is due. The terms of service explain the rest of the purchase.

Questions about a refund?
Ask before you pay, or after. We will say which rule applies to that order.
