Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and who sees it. We use it to do the work you paid for. We do not sell it. You can ask what we hold, and you can ask us to delete it.
Only what the job needs
Name, contact, business facts, files, and the record of what you paid. Nothing extra for a side business.
We do not sell it
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent your phone number or email to other marketers.
You can ask
Ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We keep only what tax or filing law still requires.
Quick Navigation
Who we are.
This policy is from REM Strategic Services LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its desk in Central Florida. "We" means that company. The site is remstrategic.com.
We file business paperwork, build websites, and run local marketing. We are not a law firm, and we are not a CPA. Questions about this policy go to legal@remstrategic.com.
What this covers.
This policy covers information we collect on this website, in your account, on a call, by email, by text, on WhatsApp, and in the files you send us. It covers customers and people who ask about the work.
It does not cover a government site after we file for you, Stripe after it processes a card, or Google, Meta, Microsoft, or Apple when you use their own products. Those companies have their own policies.
What we collect.
We collect what you type, what you upload, and a short technical record of the visit.
The forms on this website do not ask for a Social Security number. If the IRS requires a responsible-party number to issue an EIN you asked for, we take it only to submit that application, and we do not use it for marketing.
Why we use it.
Payments.
Card and bank payments go through Stripe. We receive the result: paid or not, the amount, the date, and a receipt. We do not see or store your full card number, the CVC, or your bank login.
Stripe's own privacy policy covers what Stripe keeps. A bank debit can take several business days to clear. We start the job after Stripe marks it paid.
Filings and public record.
To form a Florida LLC we send the facts you gave us to the Florida Division of Corporations. To request an EIN we send them to the IRS. To file a USDOT or MC authority we send them to FMCSA. Those agencies decide what becomes public. Owner names and the company address on Sunbiz are public by Florida law. We cannot make a filed public record private.
Files you upload.
Photos and documents in your account are used for that job. A file shared by a link is available to anyone with the link until the link ends. Do not upload a file you do not have the right to share with us.
Calls and texts.
If you call, text, email, or message us on WhatsApp, we use that conversation to do the job. If you give us a mobile number and ask us to text, or you buy lead follow-up that includes texts, we may text you about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, and HELP for help.
We do not sell phone numbers, and we do not give them to another company so that company can market to you.
Your customers' data.
If we run lead follow-up for you, you send us your leads' names and numbers, or they arrive from the form we set up. We use them only to send the messages you asked for and to show you the result. You are responsible for having permission to contact those people. When the job ends, we delete those leads on request, unless a record must be kept for a dispute about the work.
We do not sell it.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for another company's independent marketing. A California resident can still email legal@remstrategic.com and we will confirm that. Florida's Digital Bill of Rights applies to very large controllers. We still honor an access, correction, or deletion request from any customer.
How long we keep it.
We keep account information while you are a customer and the job is open. Invoices, payment records, and copies of filings are kept for up to seven years so we can answer a tax or dispute question. Lead lists for a follow-up job are kept for that job, then deleted on request. Server logs and analytics follow the settings of those tools and are not kept as a customer file.
A record that has already been filed with the state or FMCSA stays on that agency's register. Deleting our copy does not delete the public filing.
Your choices.
Email legal@remstrategic.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. We will answer. We will delete what we can. We will keep a copy when the law, a tax record, a filed document, or an open dispute requires it, and we will tell you which of those applies.
You can stop texts by replying STOP. You can close the account from the desk by asking us. Closing the account does not by itself cancel a filing that already went to the state.
Children.
The site is for people starting or running a business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email legal@remstrategic.com and we will delete it.
Security.
Account pages require a login. Passwords are stored as a hash. Files are stored on the server that hosts the account, not in the public page. We limit who on our side can open a customer file.
No website is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that creates a real risk to your information, we will tell you and, where Florida law requires it, the proper authority.
Changes.
If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and change the date. The version posted when you gave us the information is the one that applied then. A change does not unlock a new use of old filing data.
Questions or deletion requests
Email legal@remstrategic.com. You can also call the phone number on this website. We answer privacy requests at the legal address, not through an ad comment.

Questions about your privacy?
Ask what we keep, what we sent to a filing agency, and what we can delete. We will answer that, not a script.
